Championing Your Financial Story:  Financial Wellness in the Workplace

Many employees in today's workplace find themselves living "paycheck to paycheck."  A recent survey included in CFPB's Financial Literacy Annual Report noted that almost 20% of employees have skipped work in the last year to deal with a financial problem.  This number and the accompanying stress is even higher among workers between the ages of 30 and 40.

This added stress spills over into the workplace and many employers are looking for innovative ways to help their employees live productive, financially-sound lives.

Participants in this session will examine best practices and strategies for delivering budgeting and management skills, debt reduction, and financial goal setting to equip their employees to reduce one element of stress in their lives, increasing the likelihood for engaged employees.
